Our Paver Installation Process

Our process is technical and detailed, designed to guarantee solid, aesthetic, and long-lasting results. We perform:

  1. Evaluation and customized design

We analyzed the project area considering:

  • Use of space (pedestrian or vehicular)
  • Soil type
  • Drainage
  • Desired style

We designed the laying pattern (herringbone, running bond, basket weave, among others) and selected the colors and types of pavers that best suit the project.

  1. Site preparation

We remove the existing soil and excavate the area to the required depth. This step is key to ensuring the stability of the system.

  1. Installation of structural base

We placed a layered, compacted gravel base, providing a solid foundation that prevents subsidence and displacement over time.

  1. Leveling layer (sand)

We apply a leveled layer of sand that allows each paving stone to be precisely adjusted and achieve a uniform surface.

  1. Placement of the pavers

We carefully installed the paving stones following the pre-established design. Each piece was placed manually, ensuring alignment, fit, and aesthetics.

  1. Cutting and adjusting edges

We make precise cuts on the edges to achieve a clean and professional finish, adapting to the shape of the area.

  1. Compaction and fixing

We use specialized machinery to compact the pavers, ensuring they are firmly and levelly in place.

  1. Joint filling

We fill the joints with polymer sand, which helps to:

  • Fix the paving stones
  • Prevent weed growth
  • Improve system stability
  1. Final inspection and delivery

We check every detail to ensure a perfect, functional, and durable finish before delivering the project.
