Our Sidewalk Work Process

We apply a detailed technical process that guarantees strong and well-structured sidewalks:

  1. Area assessment and design

We analyzed the space where the sidewalk will be built, considering:

  • Pedestrian flow
  • Connection between areas
  • Pending and accessibility
  • Integration with the environment

We define the design, width, shape and finishes, ensuring that it meets functional and aesthetic standards.

  1. Site preparation

We remove the existing soil and level the surface. Then, we install a support base (usually compacted gravel) that provides stability and prevents settling or cracking.

  1. Formwork

We placed molds that define the shape of the sidewalk, ensuring clean lines, defined edges, and a uniform design.

  1. Structural reinforcement

Depending on the use and terrain conditions, we incorporate reinforcements such as metal mesh or rods to increase the strength of the concrete.

  1. Pouring the concrete

Pour the concrete and spread it evenly and levelly. This step results in a solid, durable, and well-finished surface.

  1. Finishing and texturizing

We carry out finishes that improve both aesthetics and safety:

  • Non-slip surface
  • Broom finish
  • Decorative finishes (optional)
  1. Curing and sealing

The curing process strengthens the concrete, while sealing (optional) protects against moisture, stains, and wear.

  1. Final inspection and delivery

We check every detail to ensure the sidewalk meets all our quality standards.
