Our Work Process for Parking Lots
We apply a well-structured technical process to guarantee resistant and functional parking lots:
- Site assessment and planning
We conducted a detailed analysis of the terrain, considering:
- Soil bearing capacity
- Estimated traffic (light or heavy)
- Drainage and slopes
- Space distribution
We designed the parking layout, including access points, exits, circulation areas, and parking spaces.
- Site preparation
We carried out the site clearing, leveling, and excavation according to the project specifications. Subsequently, we installed a high-strength structural base (compacted gravel), essential to prevent future settling or deformation.
- Drainage system
We implement efficient drainage solutions to prevent water accumulation, protecting the concrete structure and extending its lifespan. This may include strategic slopes and drainage systems.
- Formwork and reinforcement
We placed molds to define the parking sections and incorporated reinforcements (such as mesh or steel rods) to increase structural strength, especially in high traffic areas.
- Placement of the concrete
We pour quality concrete specifically designed to withstand heavy loads. We level and distribute the material evenly.
- Finishing and texturizing
We applied finishes that improve the functionality of the parking lot:
- Non-slip surface
- Textured for greater traction
- Defined borders for greater visual order
- Curing and sealing
The curing process allows the concrete to reach its maximum strength. Afterward, we apply protective sealants that help prevent cracking, staining, and wear from continuous use.
- Signage and final details (optional)
We can include the demarcation of spaces, signage and additional details that improve the organization and safety of the parking lot.
- Final inspection and delivery
We verify every aspect of the project to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with standards.
