Our Working Process with Natural Stone

We analyze the area where the natural stone will be installed, considering the terrain, drainage, use of the space, and desired style. We design a pattern that can be:

  • Irregular (natural and organic)
  • Geometric (more structured and modern)

We carefully select the stone pieces according to color, size, and shape.

  1. Site preparation

We remove the soil and level the ground. Depending on the type of installation (dry or with mortar), we prepare a solid base:

  • Compacted gravel base (for permeable systems)
  • Concrete base (for greater structural stability)

This ensures durability and prevents movement over time.

  1. Placement of the stone

We strategically placed each flagstone, like a puzzle, seeking an aesthetic and functional layout. We manually adjusted each stone to ensure a perfect fit and a uniform surface.

  1. Joint fixing and filling

Depending on the design:

  • We use mortar for a firm and permanent bond.
  • Or materials like polymer sand or gravel for a more natural finish

The joints are carefully filled to provide stability, proper drainage, and a clean finish.

  1. Leveling and finishing
